10,000 B.C

We met at the Spring to celebrate Amanda's very belated birthday,but after watching the trailer on the 24" iMac at the Spring, we (maybe just the guys) felt compelled to go watch the movie, so after rummaging through the papers in MPH for the screening times, we (again, just the guys) hopped on a cab to Star Cineplex. The girls however,had PeiYi's driver bring them there.Nofairr.

The movie was actually showing at 5, instead of 4 o'clock written in the papers. So, either Leonard got the time wrong, or MPH sells yesterday's newsapaper.Hmm...
Julie n Ida wanted to go see Spiderwick Chronicles instead, but after reassuring them that they'll get to see Steven Strait in this movie, we finally managed to convince them to stay for 10,000B.C. We spent the next hour waiting and listening to some very.very.VERY dodgy jokes which Agoo in particular seemed to enjoy ALOT.

The movie is about this hunter-D'leh, running around the whole world, from Antartica to Borneo to like...Egypt,trying to save his girl, Evolet from a super Hiao-Mo general. There was mention of some prophecy being fulfilled, though i can't seem to recall what the prophecy was...=P

Nyeh, i thought the movie was more like an Ice Age reunion, with the Mammoths and Sabretooth Tigers n all, all that was missing was the Sloth..
but dont worry....
they replaced him with an oversized DODO.
No Samuel, it isn't a phororhacos(whatever that is)

Can't you see the uncanny resemblance between the two?=)

Now one of the Main reasons we (yet again, the guys) wanted to watch this flick was Evolet(Camilla Belle)
